Since our fresh food is perishable, it’ll stay good for up to 5 days when kept in a sealed container or bag in the fridge. It can also last up to 12 months in the freezer. When defrosting, place our packets on a fridge shelf where the temperature is maintained at or below 40 degrees. Don’t defrost in the fridge door.
