### Smalls Fresh Food

Our fresh food packets should always be stored in the freezer until you're ready to serve them. We recommend placing a packet in the fridge to thaw for 24 hours before mealtime. Most customers keep one packet in the fridge while the rest stay in the freezer.

### Smalls Broth

Smalls broth can be stored in your pantry for up to 18 months before opening. Once opened, they should be kept in the fridge and served within 5 days. We don’t recommend freezing our broth products before opening as it may make the cap more difficult to open.
