If your cat doesn’t enjoy the fresh food recipes in their sampler, email [meow@smalls.com](mailto:meow@smalls.com) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll share tips to help them try it, and if they’re still not fans, we’ll refund the fresh food portion. Add-ons (including toys, hard goods, and treats) are non-refundable.

This policy also does not apply to Smalls Mart orders.
